Production Machine Operator (m/f/d)
At Engel, you will operate and monitor our production facilities, ensure product quality, fix minor malfunctions, and document production data.
You ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations and guarantee the reliable production of our high-quality convenience products.
Your tasks:
- Systematic troubleshooting and repair work on all production facilities
- Responsibility for servicing production and ancillary equipment
- Carrying out inspection and maintenance work
- Setup and preparation work
- Optimization of machine and plant parameters
- Taking responsibility in individual projects as well as complying with operational and legal requirements and safety and hygiene rules.
- Shift work / On-call duty
- Assistance in the creation of maintenance plans
Your skills:
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician
- Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance is desirable.
- Experience in handling production facilities
- Willingness to work shifts
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and be on call
- Reliability, commitment, quality awareness
- Communication and teamwork skills
