System Administrator (m/f/d)
You will carry out operational tasks within our IT department.
You will map and analyse business processes and document workflows in our ERP software.
Your tasks:
- Supporting and monitoring ERP projects, mapping and analysing business processes, developing optimisation proposals and documenting workflows in our ERP software (CSB).
- Managing user permissions, administration and user support within the ERP software, and acting as the point of contact with our ERP service provider.
- Providing on-site and remote user support at various locations for all IT-related queries.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software, maintaining clients and servers (Windows and Linux), and managing virtualised systems (VMware ESXi).
- Maintaining network and storage infrastructure (Cisco, Dell EMC) as well as the telephone system (Swyx).
- Virus protection and defence against IT threats.
- Managing users and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange Server – including via GPO or PowerShell.
- Maintaining and monitoring our backup and recovery strategies.
- Creating guides and documentation for all IT areas.
- Carrying out other operational tasks within the IT department
Your skills:
- A completed IT qualification or equivalent, and several years’ professional experience, ideally as an in-house ERP administrator.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably CSB) as well as in process analysis and optimisation.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, as well as some experience with virtualisation (VMware) and databases (MS SQL).
- Confident use of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as TCP/IP networks.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Proactive approach, a sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Quick on the uptake, analytical thinking and strong organisational skills.
